Dale Tesmond is the most passionate, energetic, fun-loving CEO you will ever encounter. Dale has been building global brand stories and physical experiences for more than three decades.
Dale's career began with building paper and food brands at P&G for 10 years and then it took a wild ride at Jack Rouse Associates (JRA) for 16 years where he worked with a team creating theme parks, museums and corporate events. At JRA Dale sharpened his ability to uncover stories that could be transformed into powerful and engaging experiences that inspired consumers to act.
He founded The Brand Experience in 2004 as an organic experiential division of The Aegis Media Group to focus solely on his first business love; corporate visitor centers, brand experience centers, and mobile brand experiences. His clients include Verizon, Honeywell, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Lockheed Martin, Kaiser Permanente, MasterCraft, RFK Human Rights and The King Abdullah Initiatives Foundation to name a few.
When he's not in The Brand Experience office at The Edge, you can find him working from Delta Sky Lounges around the world. Dale encourages his team to ask "why not" when dreaming up experiences, and commonly reminds them to "be passionate" about caring for clients.
Dale is most proud to be a husband to Fran, father of Matt and Rick and to have helped light the fire of the fastest growing church in the US. He is a regular guest speaker on "The Power of Storybuilding" at several industry conferences.
