Mr. Wright combines a wealth of experience creating strategic partnerships for some of the industry's most well know stars including, Aerosmith, Mariah Carey, Lauren Hill, Dido, Maxwell, Run DMC, The Fugees, and Erykah Badu. As a sales and business development executive Mr. Wright has worked with Fortune 100 brands such as P&G, Dell, Samsung, Intel, AT&T, Verizon and media companies like MTV, VH1, NBC/Telemundo, Bravo and the BBC. Mr. Wright has over 20 years of professional experience leading sales and business development teams, executing high revenue deals and producing world class events from intimate gatherings to large scale conferences. In his previous role as SVP Strategic Partnerships for Stillwell Partners, Mr. Wright help to expand the Advertising Week franchise from one city to 4 international (NY, London, Tokyo, Mexico City) "must attend" events.
Currently, as the Managing Partner Awards, Honors & Events at Adweek, Mr. Wright is charged with developing the global strategy for all Adweek awards and honors, building new tent-pole events and the relaunch of Brandweek. Brandweek will return in 2018 as both media (print and digital) property but also a exclusive event designed specifically to address the challenges of todays marketers and the ever changing landscape of the business they are running.
