John is the CEO of Powershelf, an in-store solution to Out-of-Stocks, and Compass Marketing. John leads the firm's sales and strategy development on behalf of our clients. Classically trained in marketing, John became the youngest Director at Acosta, the leading sales and marketing agency for the grocery trade, before founding Compass Marketing. John is very active in the community and directs Compass's philanthropic activities and support through our foundation, Compass Cares. He currently serves on the board of the Anne Arundel Economic Development Corporation. In the past he has served as President of iFred (International Foundation for Research & Education of Depression), a 501(c)3 healthcare non-profit, and on the board of the United Way Campaign of Maryland. John holds an MBA in Marketing & Management from the University of Baltimore.
